Care:

• Wash Inside Out: Always turn the leggings inside out before washing to protect the delicate hollow-out mesh panels from snagging.
• Washing Method: Machine wash cold on a gentle/delicate cycle, or hand wash. We highly recommend placing them inside a mesh laundry bag.  Use a mild, neutral detergent. Do not use bleach or liquid fabric softeners (which can clog the breathable fibers and degrade stretch recovery).
• Dry Care: Lay flat or line dry in the shade to maintain the elastic memory of the compression panels. Do not tumble dry and do not iron (high heat can warp and damage the hollow-out details).
