A return or an exchange may be requested within 30 days counted from the order date, as long as the item meets every eligibility condition listed below.

For the health and hygiene of every customer, kindly keep underwear or bottoms on while trying our body shaper products.

✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

A return or exchange can only be accepted when the item:

Shows no sign of having been worn or tried on

Is clean, free of odor, and without stains

Has never been worn outdoors

Has never gone through the wash

Still carries every original tag

Comes in its original packaging, undamaged

Remains in resalable condition and does not compromise a second sale

Is sent back within 30 days of the purchase

Items need to come back in brand-new shape, ready to be sold again.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The items below are NOT accepted for return or exchange:

Items with any trace of wear, try-on marks, deodorant marks, makeup marks, odor, or damage

Items that were worn outdoors or washed

Items whose tags are missing, changed, or damaged

Items whose packaging is incomplete or damaged

Items sent back once the 30 days have passed

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Please ship with a trackable and insured service

Sculpt Touch cannot be held responsible for return parcels that go missing

The shipping fee paid on the original order is not refundable

🌍 International Orders

Every shipping cost tied to a return or an exchange is the customer's responsibility.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item that reaches you is damaged, defective, or simply the wrong one, we are truly sorry.

As soon as it is confirmed, we will:

Pay for the return shipping

Ship you a replacement at no cost

After your return is approved and sent back, please share the return tracking number

Refunds go back to the payment method used originally

An email will let you know once the refund has been processed

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider
