Make sure to measure your waist carefully to select the correct size. If you're normally a size S but our size chart suggests a larger size, we recommend following the size chart as Ultra Waist Trainers have different sizing compared to regular waist trainers.

To choose your size, measure your waist at the belly button level (about two fingers above the belly button), without sucking in your stomach or pulling the measuring tape too tight.
